Main equipment for copper electrolytic refining
(1) Electrolytic cell The electrolytic cell is the main equipment of the copper electrolysis workshop. It is a rectangular cell with an anode plate and a cathode inside, and the cathode and anode are hung alternately. There are liquid discharge outlets and mud discharge outlets in the tank. The electrolytic cell is generally constructed of reinforced concrete and lined with anti-corrosion resin, so that the cell body can play the role of supporting the anode and the anode, and also play the role of acid prevention. The electrolytic cells are sequentially arranged on the supporting beams, and the beams are covered with insulating materials to prevent the cell body from conducting electricity with the ground.
(2) Cathode manufacturing unit The function of this unit is to make the cathodes after embossing, riveting ears (piercing rods) and flattening of the copper skin stripped from the titanium mother board, and then arrange the cathodes to prepare The crane hoisted away. The cathode manufacturing unit needs to be manufactured by a professional manufacturer due to its unique function. In the design and manufacture of this unit, the thickness of the copper skin and the processing capacity of the rivet ears should be considered.
(3) Anode processing unit The function of this unit is to process the anode plates refined from the fire method to meet the standards required by the electrolysis process. The various processes of the unit are: flattening the anode plate surface, closing ears, pressing ears, anode plate row spacing, etc. In the design and manufacture of the anode processing unit, the quality of the oil pressure seals and the processing capacity of the anode plate should be fully considered.
(4) Electric copper washing unit The function of this unit is to wash, dry, extract the conductive rods, stack, pack, and weigh the electric copper after being discharged from the tank. Many domestic copper electrolysis manufacturers have not adopted this unit, but rely on manual labor to complete the various functions of the unit. (5) Residual pole unit The function of this unit is to wash, stack, pack, weigh, etc. the residual pole after being discharged from the tank, and then send the packaged residual pole to the fire method for refining and remelting. Due to the simple function of this unit, many domestic copper electrolysis manufacturers have not adopted this unit, and rely on manual work to complete the treatment of residual poles.
