Working principle:

Use method:
1、Check whether the electricity is installed and whether the main switch is energized.
2, the inner tube lid open, the circuit board into the tube, filled eight minutes full can be, and then the lid is installed, the outer tube lid closed together.
3, please go to the control of the electric box side, please adjust the temperature control instrument to 130 ℃ (up to 200 ℃, according to the circuit board to adjust the temperature high and low)
4, turn the switch, normally open switch, vibration switch together with open, black knob switch to adjust to between 8-9.
5, burning time about 15-25 minutes later, observe whether the electronic components fall off to reduce, almost finished, the temperature control meter will be adjusted to 0 ℃, the rotation switch, vibration switch, normally open switch can not be turned off, and then idle for 5 minutes.
6, 5 minutes later, the rotation switch off, open the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder cover, the inner cylinder cover open, close the outer cylinder cover, the rotation switch on, the circuit board will automatically fall out.
7, check whether the disassembly of the circuit board is clean, whether there are still electronic components or tin is not clean, if the disassembly is not clean, the second disassembly, please increase the fire of the spitfire head fire, longer time can be.
Fault detection:
1, the power is not on, check whether the fuse is open, or whether the socket is plugged in.
2, a power on the temperature control instrument display in 400 ℃, please change the temperature control line can be.
3、When the temperature rises slowly, please check if there is no gas in the gas tank first.
Caution:
1、Check whether the switch is open before operation.
2, the operation should be more observation temperature control instrument green light, the heating tube is all lit, whether there is damage.
3, operation: such as burning time is too long, circuit board scorching caused by the inner tube on fire, remember not to be nervous, can not open the lid, just adjust the temperature control instrument to 0 ℃, motor speed adjustment to the fastest, after a few minutes the temperature is low, the smoke is naturally reduced, and then the circuit board can be put out.
