Specific processes include the following.

1. As the purchased scrap tires are in contact with the ground for a long time, there is a lot of mud and sand attached to the surface, in order not to affect the subsequent production and ensure product quality, the tires must be washed. Washing with high-pressure injection, washing wastewater collected by sedimentation pond precipitation after recycling, regular slagging, regular replacement of recycled water discharge, after washing the tires by natural drying, spare.

2. the whole tire after stripping the ring mouth through the belt conveyor into the crusher for the first crushing to get rubber block, rubber block diameter of about 5-10cm. the process of crushing rubber block diameter is large, the equipment comes with water spray device, crushing process using water mist dust suppression measures, can inhibit dust generation. The water mist spraying is controlled automatically, so it will not form water overflow, but attach to the rubber block to play a certain role in dust suppression.

3. The rubber block after the first crushing is conveyed to the second crushing (coarse crushing) by belt conveyor, the coarse crushing crusher is a fully enclosed equipment, in the coarse crushing crusher after the gear-like mechanical knife head shear, the rubber block is crushed to 1~2cm rubber particles, the crushed rubber particles are separated by magnetic separation, part of the steel wire is separated, and the steel wire is magnetically separated by the magnetic separator into the steel wire storage hopper. The coarse crushing process produces dust exhaust, the main pollutant is particulate matter, and the magnetic separation process produces waste steel wire.

4. Vibrating screen screening rubber particles after coarse crushing by belt conveyor to the fine crusher, fine crusher for closed equipment, mechanical shear crushing, get about 1-4mm rubber particles, the fine crushing process tires in the rest of the wire and fiber to get the final separation, steel wire after magnetic separation into the wire storage hopper, fiber by the airflow sorter wind sent to the fiber collection to the bag. Fine crushing process produces dust exhaust, the main pollutant is particulate matter. The magnetic separation process generates waste steel wire, and the airflow wind separator separates the waste fibers.
