Copper Wire Granulator Machine

The wet copper wire granulator machine mainly adopts the gravity water shaker separation method, and the copper and plastic in the waste cable are separated by washing with a large amount of water. The copper granulator produced by the wet copper wire granulator machine is easy to oxidize when exposed to water, and the quality will be damaged, and the water flow will take away part of the copper granulator and plastic, reducing the output of copper granulator; in addition, due to the water method, a large amount of waste water will be generated, resulting in secondary Pollution, so it is not a good way to crush waste cables.
At present, the waste cable and copper granulator equipment that is favored by people belongs to the new type dry copper wire granulator machine. The dry copper wire granulator machine mainly uses dry crushing, air flow specific gravity sorting, pulse dust removal and other processes to separate the copper and plastic in the waste cable. It can achieve more than 99% copper-plastic sorting purity, and its equipment has a high copper output, and the quality of the sorted copper will not be damaged, and it is equipped with a closed dust removal device, without dust emission, and meets environmental protection standards.
