Copper cathode is electrolytic copper. 4) The electrolyte after multiple filtration processes is the cathode solution, which is transported through the pipeline directly into the cathode frame for electrolysis production;
5) Before the impurity ion concentration reaches the upper limit of the technical control index, the solution is extracted for purification treatment. This technology provides a method of producing high purity copper cathode, which realizes the production of high purity copper cathode with mature technology of production and purification process and low production cost.
Electrolytic copper equipment:

Working principle of copper electrolysis equipment:

Since these ions are not easily precipitated compared to copper ions, electrolysis can be avoided by adjusting the potential difference to avoid precipitation of these ions on the anode. Impurities that are less reactive than copper, such as gold and silver, are deposited at the bottom of the electrolytic cell. The copper sheet produced in this way is called "electrolytic copper", which is of very high quality and can be used to make electrical products. What is deposited at the bottom of the electrolyzer is called "anode sludge", which is rich in gold and silver and is very valuable, and has a very high economic value when it is taken out and reprocessed. Electrolytic copper can be further processed to make very fine electrolytic copper powder.
