PCB Disassembler: Used to disassemble electronic components on different PCB boards. PCB crushing and separating production line: it is used to recycle all kinds of printed circuit boards, such as computer boards, cell phone boards, TV boards copper laminate boards, etc., after dismantling the electronic components by dismantling the machine. The production line effectively separates metal and non-metal materials through crushing, grinding, and electrostatic sorting equipment, etc. to realize resource recovery and economic benefits. The separation purity can reach 99% and above.
Metal de-plating system: It is used to treat gold-plated materials in waste electronic products. The system efficiently removes the metal-depleting layer so that it can be further recycled.
Precious metal refining equipment: Used to recover and refine precious metals such as gold, silver, palladium, and platinum from electronic waste containing precious metal chip components and anode sludge. Raw materials include various chips containing precious metals, such as MLCCs, north bridges, memory chips, and chip capacitors. Gold can be effectively extracted from components such as CPUs with gold-plated surfaces through a surface stripping process.
