1. Start up: Before starting the crusher, it must be ensured that the reducer has been filled with reducer oil and the bearing has been filled with lubricating oil. Before starting the machine, first check whether the cutter box of the crusher is free of foreign debris, and whether the cutter, spacer, and fixed knife are damaged, and then start the machine after ensuring that there is no abnormality. Check whether the control switches of the electric control box are in the open state, and ensure that the electric control box has no potential safety hazards before it can be turned on.

2. Feeding: When feeding, try to keep it as uniform as possible to avoid damage to electrical components and motors caused by frequent overload protection. Small crushers should not contain large pieces of metal debris in the crushed materials to prevent the crusher from running. Broken knife. Larger solid waste shredders can generally shred 5-8mm thick metal objects.

3.
