Plastic Crusher Machine Fully Automatic
Plastic crusher is used to crush hollow plastic products, such as big blue barrels, pet bottles, plastic trays, pvc pipes, etc. We can customize the spindle rotor according to the customer's different material crushing needs, and all blades are made of D2 material. Therefore, after the material is crushed directly, this machine can be used with washing granulation line to meet the customer's recycling needs.
Application scope:
It is mainly used to crush various plastic plastics and rubber such as plastic profiles, pipes, rods, silk wires, films, waste rubber products.
Working Principle:
Plastic crusher through the motor driven by the dynamic knife blade high-speed rotation, in the process of high-speed rotation of the dynamic knife and the fixed knife to form a trend of relative movement between the dynamic knife and the fixed knife to form a gap between the plastic crushing shear incision so as to crush large pieces of plastic, crushed plastic through the screen on the size of plastic particles to filter the output.
Product advantages:
Rotor: 1. The rotor blade of the crusher adopts V-cut technology. During the recycling process, two sets of rotary knives are staggered on the rotor at a special angle to achieve efficient crushing
External bearing housing: 2. External bearing housing design, easy maintenance, effectively avoid dust, water and powdery materials to enter the bearing, prolong the service life and improve the working efficiency.
Hydraulic opening and closing device: 3. It is used to open the feeding hopper and replace the screen, which has the advantages of labor-saving, time-saving and high safety factor. The machine box body is divided into two parts by the center line, the upper part is easy to open and maintain.
Open circuit protection device: 4. When opening the case to replace the blade, the open circuit protection device stops the spindle from working. Fix the spindle rotor during blade replacement to facilitate blade replacement. It also disconnects the circuit to prevent the machine from operating by mistake and protects personnel safety.
Maintenance:
1、Plastic crusher should be placed in a ventilated position to ensure that the heat of motor work is distributed to prolong its life.
2、The bearings should be filled with lubricant regularly to ensure the lubrication between the bearings.
3、Check the tool screws regularly. After using the new plastic crusher for 1 hour, tighten the screws of the moving knife and fixed knife with tools to strengthen the fixity between the blade and the knife frame.
4、In order to ensure the sharpness of the cutting edge of the knife, the knife should always be checked to ensure its sharpness, to reduce unnecessary damage to other parts caused by the blunt lack of knife blade.
5、When replacing the knife, the gap between the moving knife and the fixed knife: 0.8MM is good for crushers above 20HP, 0.5MM is good for crushers below 20HP. The thinner the recycled material is, the gap can be adjusted appropriately larger.
6、Before starting for the second time, the remaining crushed material in the machine chamber should be removed to reduce the starting resistance. The inertia cover and pulley cover should be opened regularly to clear the ash outlet below the flange, as the plastic crusher chamber discharges powder into the rotor bearing.
7、The machine should be kept well grounded.
8、Check the plastic crusher belt regularly for slackness and adjust the tightness in time.
