Debugging and Operation of Scrap Motor Dismantling Machine
Scrap motors refer to motors that have been used or are seriously damaged. Because there are a lot of copper wires in the motors during production, our dismantling and recycling of waste motors is mainly the recycling of the copper wires inside. When recycling waste motors, we need to use a special waste motor dismantling machine. This equipment is designed for the dismantling and recycling of waste motors. Let's introduce the debugging and operation precautions of the waste motor dismantling equipment in detail:
1. After the equipment is installed and checked that the circuit is correct, turn on the power switch.
2. Start the main motor and turn the FM potentiometer to make the motor start to run. Check whether the running direction of the motor is consistent with the direction required by the machine. Let the machine run for 30 minutes to see if the machine runs normally and whether there is any abnormal noise. If there is abnormal noise Then stop for inspection and adjustment.
3. Jog the foot switch to see if the jog operation of the machine is appropriate.
4. Start the wire take-up motor, adjust the torque controller knob to make the wire take-up torque motor rotate, check whether the wire take-up is running normally, see if the rotation direction of the motor fan is correct (the reverse rotation of the fan can easily burn the main motor), adjust the wire reel, Add lubricating oil.
5. The lead width of the light bar cable arranging device and the cable arranging speed of the cable arranging device should be adjusted according to the inner width of the cable take-up reel, and the left and right blocks on the guide bar should be adjusted to meet the requirements of the inner width of the cable reel. Adjust the gear handle of the dial on the cable arrangement according to the size of the wire diameter. The number from 1 to 10 indicates the distance of each roll of the light bar.
6. Different lubricating fluids should be selected according to different materials when drawing wire rods. Alkaline solution is used for drawing copper wire, and oily solution is used for drawing aluminum wire and aluminum-magnesium alloy wire. After the drawing material is selected, the copper wire drawing machine adopts self-splashing or spraying lubrication. If spraying lubrication is adopted, the user will add the inlet and outlet pipelines and conveying pumps. The user arranges the location of the wire drawing machine, the pipeline circuit and the power supply circuit according to the workshop conditions.
7. The wire drawing machine should configure the drawing die according to the diameter of the wire, the material of the wire and the configuration of the lubricating solution. The basic configuration mold for drawing copper wire 3mm to 1mm is shown in the table below. According to the diameter of the drawn wire, adjust the mold of the mold matching table to achieve the purpose of the wire diameter required by the user.
