Plastic Shredder Maintenance:
1. The bearing of the plastic shredder is the first point of the maintenance work. The temperature of the eccentric bearing should be checked regularly. If it is found to exceed 100 °C, it needs to be stopped immediately for inspection. This is because the eccentric bearing belongs to the cast bearing bush, and the bearing alloy used. The upper limit of normal operating temperature is 100 degrees Celsius.
2. For the lubrication system of the plastic crusher, the daily maintenance inspection is to observe and listen to the gear oil pump for abnormal impact sound, check whether the reading of the oil pressure meter (if any) is in the normal range, and check whether the lubricating oil is sufficient and whether There is oil leakage, and the lubricating oil should be filled and replaced regularly.
3. After the shutdown, clean up the dust and waste around the equipment, and do a good job of cleaning the shredding equipment, so that there is no dust accumulation on the outside, no oil pollution on the body and foundation, no oil leakage in the lubrication system, and no leakage in the electrical system. . The shell of the equipment does not leak dust. In particular, it is necessary to clean the lubricating parts to prevent dust, debris, etc. from entering the lubricating parts and damaging the lubricating oil film to wear the equipment.
