Solar panels are composed of glass, silicon wafers, EVA film, metal bus bars and back sheets, etc. The mechanical and electrical properties of different components vary greatly. A typical crystalline silicon solar panel is made of 65-75% glass, 10-15% aluminum frame, 10% plastic and 3-5% silicon. Solar photovoltaic panel recycling is a crushing and sorting process. First, the aluminum frame of the photovoltaic panel is removed, and then the glass on the solar panel is broken and removed by special crushing equipment. The glass is collected separately, and the remaining solar panels are crushed and ground. Powder, sorting, and completely separate the metal and scrap metal substances inside. The modified machine can realize the selective dissociation and recovery of different components such as glass, metal, silicon powder, etc., with less material waste and better crushing effect.
