3. High-voltage electrostatic sorting machine: The aluminum-plastic powder after grinding is separated from the aluminum and plastic by electrostatic sorting equipment. The principle is that the high-voltage static electricity generated by the high-voltage generator inside the equipment discharges the grounded rotating roller, and the materials to be sorted are evenly lowered onto the rotating roller through a special feeding device. After the conductor material receives electricity, the electricity is put into the ground through the grounded rotating roller, and the inertia of the rotating roller is added, and the conductor material is thrown into the conductor receiving hopper.
After the non-conductor material is electrified, due to its poor electrical conductivity, it is adsorbed on the surface of the rotating roller, and as the roller turns to the back, it is swept by the brush and falls into the non-conductor hopper. Some of the conductor and non-conductor materials fall into the middle material receiving hopper due to different reasons such as the roller speed, the adjustment distance of the equipment baffle, the size of the material particles and the amount of electricity received, and then enter the feeding machine and enter the unloading device for sorting.
