What is the principle of the paper-plastic separator?
The horizontal paper-plastic separator can well separate the pulp and plastic on the plastic-covered materials such as milk cartons, wrapping paper, coated paper, paper cups, PP bag-covered paper, etc. Recycle and improve the use value. Because of the good separation effect, the separated pulp and plastic are very clean, plastic can be granulated, and paper can be turned into pulp, all of which can achieve new value. It is the first equipment for plastic granules and paper pulping.
The working principle of the paper-plastic separator equipment is: the drive shaft drives the chassis and the grinding rotor to rotate strongly, the slurry moves from top to bottom along the rotor surface, and then is thrown from the lower part of the rotor to the groove wall, and is subjected to the knife again upward along the groove wall. The high-intensity eddy current kneading and rubbing cycle produced by the strong movement of the disc makes various paper and plastics turn up and down in the machine, rotate in the circumferential direction, and are constantly impacted by the high-strength, and are cut and screened by the cutter disc flying knife. The continuous friction between the plates fully disintegrates the pulp into fibers, and moistens and swells to avoid cutting and damaging the fibers, and flows out from the pulp outlet under the sieve plate. The impurities such as plastic sheet, back sheet, plastic film are less broken (no debris will be formed), and they are discharged from the slag outlet next to the tank body, so that the molding and the fiber are completely separated. High pulping efficiency and good separation effect.
Paper-plastic separator equipment operation and maintenance
1. Close the slag discharge valve, inject clean water to 1/3 of the height of the tank, and check whether there is any leakage in the slurry system pipeline.
2. Start the motor, check whether the rotation direction of the impeller is correct, and pay attention to whether the equipment is running normally.
3. When the equipment is running normally, the material can be fed. The feeding is based on the principle of uniformity, and the concentration is properly controlled.
4. The raw materials containing coarse impurities and metal impurities should be cleaned to avoid damage to the equipment. 5. The bearings and various lubricating oil paths should be checked frequently, and the oil should be refueled less than once a month.
3 Installation steps of paper-plastic separator
Installation instructions: Before the machine leaves the factory, the impeller, rotor, transmission pulley, etc. are all statically balanced and calibrated, and the test machine is run dry.
1. The foundation is poured, and the equipment can be installed after a solidification period of 15 days.
2. When installing, be sure to align the plane of the four columns so that the axis of the main shaft of the equipment is perpendicular to the horizontal plane.
3. Check whether all parts are complete and complete, and whether each fixing bolt is loose.
4. When the motor is wired and tested, the impeller rotates counterclockwise (top view)
5. For the sake of safety, it is recommended that users set the entrance of the tank body 800mm higher than the operating table.
6. According to the length of the pulley and the V-belt, it is equipped with a protective cover.
