2. Physical recycling
The physical recycling method is one of the more common ways to recycle lithium batteries on the market. The secondary crushing is carried out in the multi-knife crusher, and the material after secondary crushing enters the conveyor, and a magnetic separation device is installed at the same time, which can separate the iron in the material. The sorted materials are sent to the air separator through the conveyor, the separator paper in the positive and negative sheets is separated by the induced draft fan and the cyclone feeder, and the sorted positive and negative sheets are sent to the tertiary pulverizer. Finely crush the material to about 20 mesh.
The pulverized material enters into the cyclone separator from the negative pressure system for dust filtration, and is separated by two airflows to separate the materials of different densities into layers, and then the positive and negative electrodes and copper, aluminum, nickel and other materials are obtained. And all the ultrafine dust is brought into the pulse dust collector by the negative pressure system for collection. The filtered exhaust gas will continue to be sent to the exhaust gas treatment equipment by the negative pressure system for air purification, which will not cause secondary pollution to the environment.
