Structural Process

During operation, each process stage seamlessly connects, with material transportation and separation occurring in a fully enclosed environment. This effectively minimizes dust leakage and safety risks, making it suitable for long-term, stable factory-scale operations.
Equipment Advantages
The complete lithium battery recycling system integrates multiple key subsystems working in concert. The crushing system safely disassembles entire batteries and achieves preliminary dissociation; the pyrolysis carbonization system effectively processes complex internal materials to enhance subsequent sorting efficiency; the battery casing separation system recovers metal casings; the black powder sorting and collection system centrally recovers high-value battery black powder; and the copper-aluminum separation system enables efficient separation and recovery of non-ferrous metals.
Additionally, the entire line is equipped with an exhaust gas purification system that centrally treats gases generated during production, meeting environmental requirements and ensuring a safe and controllable production environment.
