Common cutters include twin-shaft shear and hydraulic cutters with high-strength blades designed for large tires. Subsequent treatment and sorting process
Tire blocks are initially crushed in a coarse crusher to form rubber blocks of approximately 50-100 mm. On this basis, the fine crusher further refines the rubber blocks into 10-30mm particles, while controlling the particle size through a multi-stage screen to ensure a uniform particle size.
