3. Whether the blade of the wire stripping machine is new, and whether the cutting edge is too sharp, use tools to trim it slightly and adjust it until it is suitable.
If after the feed comes out, the rubber and plastic have been peeled off, but the copper wire cannot be spit out. There may be 4 main reasons:
1. The knurling of the upper shaft is too deep, and the upper shaft should be ground with a whetstone, but it should not be excessively ground. Excessive grinding will easily cause oily cables to be difficult to drive.
2. Whether the spring pressure on the wire stripping machine is too loose, the pressure should be adjusted until the copper wire inside can be spit out.
3. If the diameter of the wire is too small, or the gap between the upper and lower shafts is too large, the gap between the two shafts should be adjusted to 0.4-0.6mm.
4. The rubber-plastic cable that needs to be treated has been heated, so that the copper wire cannot be spit out.
If after feeding, the agent pressure gear cannot drive the cable over, and the material stays in the middle, there are the following situations:
1. Check whether the belts of each gear are loose.
2. Check whether the spring pressure on both sides of the pressure gear is too tight, resulting in no top force. At this time, the pressure should be relaxed.
3. The cable is too oily, causing the two shafts to slip, and the two shafts should be wiped dry frequently (when drying, if the machine is running, please pay attention to safety).
