It does not contain mercury, cadmium, lead and other toxic heavy metal elements, and phosphorus, acid, iron and lithium elements can be recycled and reused. 1. The waste lithium battery to be treated is sent to the loading platform through the step ladder or other transfer equipment, and then the waste lithium battery is put into the feeding port in the discharge mechanism. After the lithium battery is fully discharged, the lithium battery is discharged from the edge of the discharge port. The slip sheet is transported to a twin-shaft shredder for shredding processing.

2. After secondary crushing through a hammer crusher to ensure sufficient material crushing, the iron and other metals in the lithium battery are collected by a magnetic separation conveyor, and then other mixed materials are transported to a specific gravity separator for screening.

3. The material is sieved into carbon, lithium powder, copper, aluminum, etc. through the specific gravity separator. In addition, the dust-containing gas in the process of crushing and conveying is treated by a pulse dust collector, which can reduce the dust-containing rate of the workshop on the one hand. On the other hand, carbon and lithium powder in the dust-containing gas can be recovered.
