1. Thermal separation method

2. Wet separation method
The light material obtained from the dry separation equipment is fed into the churning machine, and the churned pulp flows out from the small holes in the sorting plate, leaving the plastic to be discharged from a separation outlet, and then sent to the dewatering machine for dewatering, and then sent to the air separator for separation.
3. Electric separation method will be a mixture of paper and plastic by a vibrating feeder into the separator, into the rotating crushing drum, and then sent to the corona area formed between the wire electrode and the crushing, the paper is sucked to the electrode, while the plastic is still attached to the drum, with the rotation of the drum plastic fall to the bottom of it collected. The humidity has a great influence on the separation result when this method is used. When the humidity of the mixture is 15%, although the paper and plastic can be separated, the plastic will still be contaminated by a large amount of paper, and when the humidity is increased to more than 50%, the plastic and paper can be separated.
